ENTER TO WIN RULES AND RESTRICTIONS
1. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. Limit one entry per household. The “Win a $1000 Shopping Spree at Pro Golf Discount” (GIVEAWAY) giveaway is open to all new email subscribers. Must be 18 years or older to enter. Employees of Pro Golf Discount, its affiliated companies, and immediate families of employees are not eligible. One (1) grand prize winner will receive one (1) Pro Golf Discount Shopping Spree valued at $1000 in the form of a Pro Golf Discount Gift Card. One (1) runner-up winner will receive one (1) $500 Pro Golf Discount Gift Card. One (1) runner-up winner will receive one (1) $250 Pro Golf Discount Gift Card.
2. Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or alternate prize. Winner accepts all responsibility for any applicable taxes on the awarded prize.
3. Registration period for the GIVEAWAY begins March 18, 2026 and ends April 12, 2026. This giveaway is sponsored by Pro Golf Discount and its affiliates.
4. Drawing for the GIVEAWAY will be held on April 13, 2026, following the registration period. Winner will be notified via email communication. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries at time of drawing. Resubmitting your email address does not improve your odds of winning.
5. To claim the prize, winners must respond to the winning notification email no later than 3 PM PDT on April 20, 2026. If a prize notification is returned as undeliverable or a prize is unclaimed, the prize will be forfeited. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.
6. By submitting an entry into this giveaway, you understand and agree that Pro Golf Discount shall, where permitted by law, have the right to use your information for advertising or promotional purposes without any further notice, review, consent, or compensation.
7. Notice of Financial Incentive – Consumers who sign up for our marketing emails and/or SMS texts receive a chance to win a giveaway. To opt in, a consumer must enter their email address and/or phone number into the form and consent to receive emails in exchange for a discount provided via coupon code. A consumer may unsubscribe from our marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email footer and/or replying STOP via text at any time. We calculate the value of the offer and financial incentive by using the expense related to the offer.
